Q:  If I am not ready at the pickup time, will I be charged for waiting time?

A:  Our customers are entitled to a reasonable amount of time beyond the scheduled pickup time. This generally amounts to thirty minutes after which the hourly rate for vehicle will be charged.

 

Q:  How do I find my chauffeur once I arrive?

A:  Your uniformed chauffeur will be in a dark suit and tie and will be holding a sign containing your name or your company's name if that is how you prefer to be met. The meet and greet service we provide is a great way to be welcomed at an airport or seaport.

 

Q:  What is the policy for "No-Show"?

A:  A "No- Show will be charged the full rate. To avoid being charged, if you can not find your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, call our dispatchers at (305) 992-3171 or (305) 249-3152 so they can get in touch with the driver and help you locate each other.

 

Q:  What happens if I miss my pickup?

A:  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 888-554-6626 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may result in any charge to you.

 

Q:  What is cancellation policy?

A:  Depending on the type of vehicle and reservation, the cancellation time can vary from one to possibly twelve hours before the scheduled pickup. After this it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle have already been dispatched to your pickup.

 

Q:  When will you charge my credit card?

A:  Your credit card will not be charged until the day of service. Pre-payments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.
